Mocha Moon Cafe is a small‑batch micro‑bakery in Fairfax offering a cleaner, more nourishing alternative to overly processed treats. Every loaf, cookie, and pastry is made with nutrient‑dense, gut‑friendly ingredients like heritage grain flour from Sunrise Mill, chosen for its natural flavor and gentle digestion. We bake in small batches to keep everything fresh, simple, and intentional.

This is a cake roll for all Studio Ghibli fans. Featuring the many faces of Calcifer, our favorite little fire demon. Each character is drawn in colored cake batter and baked into the chocolate cake. This is then rolled with a chocolate cream filling.
